Venus Index Contest Before And After Pictures

It is also, as such contests go, a great way for women to motivate themselves to take the program seriously and work as hard as they can. In the picture to the right, you can see the before and after pictures of the first place winner, Kelly Hancock. As you can see, Kelly transformed her body completely. In the picture to the left she is shown with quite a lot of stomach and waist fat and even her breasts seem a bit drooped.

In the picture to the right, the image is totally different. You can see the definition of her abs, her arms are toned (and you can see how firm they are, and her waist is sculpted and firm. It’s quite a sight to behold.

What you can see is that Kelly didn’t just lose weight or burn off fat. She changed her body shape as well. This is actually what the Venus Index plan is all about: giving your body a new physical shape, one that corresponds to the kind of shape that make women look attractive in the eyes of men. Just to show you that Kelly is not the only woman to show remarkable results with her transformation, I bring before you Lara Campbell, another contestant. It goes to show how well the Venus Index workouts can work if you just follow them strongly enough and for sufficient time.

Venus Index Workouts – What You Need To Know

The main part of the Venus Index program are the workouts you do. There is also an eating module in the plan but the workouts are the real emphasis of the program. In this article I want to talk a bit about the Venus Index workouts and what you may expect from them.

First, let’s talk about the workout schedule:

The Venus Index is a 12 week fitness program which is divided into 3 phases. Each of these phases is 4 weeks long. During each of the phases you’re given a specific workout plan to follow. You have access to the complete routine with pictures, explanations, and videos that you can use to follow along and keep the correct form of all the workouts.

As Venus Index is about creating a new and more feminine shape for yourself, the workouts are made up of a series of weight lifting and strength exercises. The goal is to sculpt a better looking body by toning and molding your muscles to create the kind of measurements which make up the Venus Index.

The workouts require equipment: dumbbells, a barbell, a bench, and a workout mat. You can do the exercises at home as long as you have this equipment.

The workouts themselves are done three times a week and each workout is different. What struck me about these workouts is that most of them contain a lot of different exercises. Often, you do just 1 set of each exercise but you can do a lot of them. This is probably because John Barban is looking to create a total body transformation.

In addition, many of the exercises that you do here are complex, meaning that they include a variety of muscles and movements. For instance, you can do a lunge and shoulder press to work your body from top to bottom. You also do a lot of core and stability exercises.

These workouts are not easy. You can’t get results with this plan without working your tail off. However, as this plan requires just 3 workouts each week, you should be able to complete this routine even with a busy schedule.
